  About the role Looking for a role where you can work less but enjoy more? Join our Production team and take advantage of a 3-day, 36-hour work week – giving you 4 days off every week to relax, explore, or do whatever you love!   Why this role is special:

Work just three days a week, with 12-hour shifts and 4 days off every week Day shifts: 6am – 6pm | Night shifts: 6pm – 6am (rotating every 2 weeks). Friendly, supportive team environment. Great opportunity to start or grow your career in production with an industry leader.

  Duties include

Helping with production tasks like sorting, packaging, labelling, and lifting. Operating a finishing machine (TXR). Checking products for quality and spotting defects. Following safety and work instructions while keeping the team running smoothly. Problem-solving on the go and learning new skills along the way.

  About You

Prior packing or production experience is an advantage. Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks. Ability to visually distinguish all colours (essential for label inspection). Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Basic mechanical aptitude and a proactive approach to learning. A strong focus on safety and following procedures. Reliable transport and full Australian working rights required.
