OBJETIVO DO CARGO

Responsável pela elaboração de orçamentos com base em listas de materiais enviadas pelos clientes, apoiando diretamente os executivos de vendas na formatação de propostas comerciais. Atua como suporte estratégico para o time comercial, contribuindo para a agilidade, precisão e qualidade no atendimento das demandas comerciais da empresa.

RESPONSABILIDADES E ATIVIDADES

  • Realizar orçamentos com base em listas de materiais fornecidas pelos clientes.
  • Apoiar os executivos de vendas na elaboração e revisão de propostas comerciais.
  • Manter contato com clientes para esclarecimentos sobre os materiais solicitados.
  • Garantir a correta precificação de produtos, considerando estoque, prazos e políticas comerciais.
  • Alimentar o sistema CRM com dados atualizados dos orçamentos e histórico de atendimento.
  • Apoiar no acompanhamento dos orçamentos enviados e nas ações de follow-up.
  • Colaborar com os demais membros da equipe comercial em demandas pontuais do setor.
  • Arquivar e organizar os orçamentos realizados, mantendo o controle das propostas ativas e encerradas.
  • Trabalhar em parceria com outros departamentos (logística, marketing, financeiro), visando o alinhamento das estratégias comerciais.
  • Cumprir e fazer cumprir os procedimentos internos, bem como zelar pela limpeza e organização do local de trabalho.
  • Outras atividades correlatas à função, conforme orientação da liderança.
