Misión:

  • Asesorar, preparar y servir a todos los clientes las bebidas tanto calientes, frías, soft y alcohólicas aplicando las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa, para cumplir con los indicadores de gestión y la calidad en el servicio.

Funciones:

  • Asegurar que el área de la barra esté organizada, limpia y cumpla con las normativas de higiene, manipulación de alimentos y bebidas, y/o seguridad en el trabajo.
  • Asesorar e informar de los productos y promociones de barra a los clientes.
  • Preparar y proponer nuevas recetas de bebidas y/o productos de acuerdo con los estándares de la empresa.
  • Mantener en buen estado las áreas, barra, utensilios y maquinaria a su cargo.
  • Hacer uso de buenas prácticas de manejo de alimentos y bebidas.
  • Controlar y manejar el inventario y/o stock de los productos a su cargo.
  • Controlar el servicio responsable de alcohol.
  • Estar siempre atento a las necesidades de los clientes.

Conocimientos específicos:

  • Conocimiento avanzado en la preparación de bebidas alcohólicas y no alcohólicas, así como en técnicas de mixología básica.
  • Conocimientos en manipulación de alimentos y bebidas.
  • Conocimiento de las normas de higiene y seguridad para la manipulación de alimentos y bebidas.
  • Conocimientos básicos en manejo de inventario.

Requisitos

Formación Académica:

  • Estudios secundarios completos.
  • De preferencia cursos terminados en Atención al Cliente / Mesero / Camarero / Bartender/ Mixología.

Experiencia:

  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en cargos similares.
  • Experiencia manejando equipos de trabajo con alta afluencia de clientes.

Disponibilidad:

  • Tiempo completo / horarios rotativos / incluso nocturnos.
