Misión:

  • Asesorar, informar y servir a todos los clientes del complejo, aplicando las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa, para cumplir con los indicadores de gestión y de calidad en el servicio.

Funciones:

  • Asesorar al cliente para realizar la compra y venta de productos en todas las dependencias.
  • Proporcionar atención y servicio al cliente en todas las dependencias del complejo según corresponda.
  • Preparar y despachar todos los productos y servicios de todas las dependencias del complejo.
  • Mantener y aplicar buenas prácticas de manipulación de alimentos para que el producto se encuentre siempre en buenas condiciones de calidad.
  • Ordenar, organizar y limpiar todas las dependencias del complejo que se encuentren a su cargo.
  • Hacer uso de buenas prácticas de manejo de alimentos y bebidas.

Conocimientos específicos:

  • Conocimiento intermedio en técnicas de servicio y atención al cliente.
  • Conocimiento básico de las normas de higiene y seguridad para la manipulación de alimentos y bebidas.
  • Conocimientos básicos en manejo de caja y sistemas de cobro electrónicos.

Requisitos

Formación Académica:

  • Estudios secundarios completos
  • Estudiante universitario con cursos aprobados en: Coctelería/ Bartending o similares.

Experiencia:

  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en cargos similares.

Disponibilidad:

  • Tiempo completo / horarios rotativos / incluso nocturnos.
