A Job&Talent powered by Multitempo está a recrutar Analista de KPI – Logística e Planeamento para empresa de referência no setor da indústria automóvel localizada em Palmela.

A Sua Missão: Será responsável por gerir os stocks de materiais de produção e não-produção, garantindo a sua disponibilidade contínua, evitando interrupções nas linhas de montagem e prevenindo o excesso de inventário.

O que vai fazer (Principais Responsabilidades):

  • Planear e controlar o inventário utilizando os sistemas da empresa, configurando novos artigos e gerindo parâmetros para otimização de stock;
  • Colocar ordens de encomenda junto de fornecedores, acompanhando datas de entrega, quantidades e envios pendentes;
  • Coordenar a receção de materiais com fornecedores e equipas de armazém, verificando o cumprimento de Avisos de Expedição (ASN);
  • Acompanhar transportes normais e coordenar transportes urgentes para assegurar a continuidade da produção;
  • Monitorizar e avaliar o desempenho dos fornecedores, resolvendo discrepâncias físicas ou de sistema;
  • Analisar consumos e apoiar nas contagens cíclicas e atividades de inventário físico;
  • Garantir o cumprimento de todas as normas de segurança e políticas da empresa.

O que procuramos (Requisitos):

  • Formação Superior (Licenciatura ou Mestrado) em Gestão da Distribuição, Logística ou área similar (preferencial);
  • Experiência mínima de 1 ano em funções de Logística ou Armazém;
  • Sólidos conhecimentos de Gestão de Stock, Aprovisionamento e fluxos de entrada;
  • Domínio da língua Inglesa (falada e escrita);
  • Bons conhecimentos de ferramentas informáticas (MS Office);
  • Forte capacidade analítica e de resolução de problemas;
  • Perfil dinâmico, organizado e proativo, com resiliência para gerir prioridades num ambiente de ritmo acelerado.
