Funções:

- Procede à identificação e registo dos passageiros, prestando as informações necessárias sobre o funcionamento do Lounge e encaminha os mesmos, se necessário às portas de embarque; cumpre com os regulamentos internos do Lounge;

- Arrumação do Lounge, recolhendo para local próprio a loiça, cinzeiros , revistas/jornais e qualquer outro equipamento, assim como a reposição dos produtos;

- Elabora o relatório de turno;

- Presta informações ao público informações sobre horários, voos, balcões de check-in, encaminhamento de serviços e outras informações relacionadas com o Aeroporto;

- Recebe e encaminha chamadas telefónicas internas e externas, utilizando os equipamentos disponíveis para o efeito;

- Presta informações aos utentes do serviço telefónico quando solicitado.

Requisitos:

- Escolaridade mínima 12º ano;

- Bons conhecimentos da Língua portuguesa e da Língua inglesa falado e escrito

(fator eliminatório);

- Conhecimentos de Informática na ótica do utilizador;

- Orientação para o cliente;

- Total disponibilidade de horários, diurnos e noturnos (mesmo tratando-se de um part-time);

- Residência na zona do Porto (preferencial).

Oferta:

- Salário composto por: 462,50€ + subsídio de alimentação (4,55€/dia), subsídio de transporte (40,09€/mês), subsídio de turno, subsídio natal e férias;

- Horário: Part-time de 20 horas semanais (com possibilidade de passar a full time);

- Todos os candidatos interessados terão de frequentar uma formação, teórica e prática. Após essa formação, os candidatos poderão vir a ser integrados numa equipa jovem e dinâmica.
