Esta é uma oportunidade única para integrar uma equipa dinâmica e tecnologicamente avançada, onde o seu contributo será fundamental para a otimização e funcionamento contínuo dos equipamentos. Procuramos um profissional proativo, com sólidos conhecimentos em manutenção industrial, capaz de diagnosticar e resolver falhas complexas, garantindo a eficiência operacional da empresa.

Funções:

  • Planear, executar e supervisionar atividades de manutenção preventiva, preditiva e corretiva em sistemas elétricos, mecânicos e pneumáticos.
  • Diagnosticar avarias e falhas em equipamentos e maquinaria industrial, propondo e implementando soluções eficazes para a sua reparação.
  • Elaborar e otimizar planos de manutenção, garantindo a máxima disponibilidade dos equipamentos e a minimização de tempos de paragem.
  • Realizar inspeções periódicas aos equipamentos, identificando potenciais problemas e implementando ações corretivas antes que ocorram falhas.
  • Colaborar na implementação de novas tecnologias e na melhoria contínua dos processos de manutenção.
  • Gerir stocks de peças de reposição e ferramentas, assegurando a disponibilidade de materiais para as intervenções necessárias.
  • Assegurar o cumprimento das normas de segurança, saúde e ambiente em todas as operações de manutenção.

Requisitos:

  • Formação superior em Engenharia Eletrotécnica, Engenharia Mecânica, Mecatrónica ou área relevante.
  • Experiência comprovada de, pelo menos, 5 anos em funções de manutenção industrial em ambiente de produção.
  • Sólidos conhecimentos em sistemas elétricos, eletrónica industrial, automação e instrumentação.
  • Experiência em diagnóstico e reparação de equipamentos mecânicos, eléctricos e pneumáticos.
  • Familiaridade com sistemas de gestão de manutenção assistida por computador.
  • Domínio de ferramentas informáticas na ótica do utilizador e conhecimentos de Inglês técnico.
  • Capacidade de comunicação, trabalho em equipa e resolução de problemas.
