Pronto para acelerar a tua carreira em RH? Procuramos alguém para se juntar à nossa equipa na Maia que será o suporte invisível, mas essencial, que garante a eficiência entre o talento e as necessidades operacionais.

Funções:

- Gestão de Contratos: Assegurar que toda a documentação esteja em conformidade. Isto é: apoiar a elaboração de contratos de trabalho e adendas e assegurar que estão corretos e assinados, marcar exames médicos, admitir e cessar colaboradores na Segurança Social.

- Suporte Documental: Preparar a documentação necessária para auditorias e garantir que os processos individuais dos colaboradores estão completos.

- Esclarecimento de Dúvidas: És a voz que ajuda os trabalhadores com pedidos de declarações ou questões sobre marcação de férias.

- Onboarding Administrativo: Garantir que, a partir do dia 1, o novo colaborador tenha todas as informações práticas necessárias para começar a trabalhar.

Requisitos:

- Tens formação em Gestão Administrativa de RH, Secretariado ou áreas afins. Se já tens experiência, ótimo. Se não, a tua vontade de aprender tem de compensar.

- Dominas as ferramentas informáticas de olhos fechados. A tecnologia não te assusta, acelera-te.

- Organizado no Caos: Consegues gerir várias tarefas administrativas em simultâneo, sem perder o rigor nem o sorriso.

- Tens Mobilidade: Tens carta de condução (importante para te dar autonomia nas deslocações necessárias).
