A Job&Talent, powered by Multitempo, encontra-se a recrutar um Onsite Associate para se juntar à nossa equipa interna e trabalhar nos escritórios do nosso cliente em Santarém.

Funções:

- Receber as necessidades de recrutamento dos clientes, publicar anúncios em diversas fontes de recrutamento e identificar os melhores candidatos.

- Fazer a triagem e as entrevistas para descobrir não só as competências técnicas, mas também a personalidade certa para cada vaga.

- Elaborar relatórios e partilhar o feedback sobre os candidatos, ajudando o cliente na tomada de decisão.

- Gerir e acompanhar os trabalhadores. Ser o ponto de contacto para as dúvidas, garantindo que os trabalhadores se sentem integrados e ouvidos.

- Gerir contratos de trabalho e assegurar que toda a informação (acidentes, absentismo, picagem de ponto, etc.) esteja registada.

Requisitos:

- Formação em Recursos Humanos, Psicologia, Sociologia ou áreas afins.

- Excelente capacidade de comunicação oral e escrita.

- Domínio de ferramentas informáticas, gosto e utilização de tecnologia, nomeadamente de IA.

- Capacidade de organização e atenção aos detalhes.

- Sentido de responsabilidade;

- Espírito de equipa;

- Carta de condução (Obrigatória);
