Funções:

  • Assegurar a implementação e manutenção do sistema de gestão de segurança e saúde no trabalho, de acordo com a legislação em vigor e as políticas internas da empresa.
  • Identificar, avaliar e controlar os riscos profissionais presentes nos locais de trabalho, propondo e implementando medidas preventivas e corretivas adequadas.
  • Realizar inspeções regulares aos locais de trabalho, equipamentos e processos, garantindo o cumprimento das normas de segurança e identificando potenciais falhas.
  • Investigar acidentes de trabalho e incidentes, determinando as suas causas e propondo ações para evitar a sua repetição.
  • Elaborar e implementar programas de formação e sensibilização em higiene e segurança no trabalho para todos os colaboradores.
  • Colaborar na preparação e atualização de planos de emergência e na realização de simulacros.
  • Acompanhar e analisar indicadores de desempenho de segurança, reportando resultados e propondo melhorias contínuas.
  • Apoiar a equipa de gestão na promoção de uma cultura de segurança forte e proativa.

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura em Engenharia, Higiene e Segurança no Trabalho ou área relevante.
  • Certificado de Técnico Superior de Higiene e Segurança no Trabalho (TSHST) - Nível VI.
  • Experiência profissional comprovada mínima de 3 anos em funções similares, preferencialmente em ambiente industrial de grande dimensão.
  • Conhecimento aprofundado da legislação portuguesa aplicável em matéria de segurança e saúde no trabalho.
  • Capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal para trabalhar com diferentes níveis hierárquicos.
  • Proatividade, organização, rigor e capacidade de análise e resolução de problemas.
  • Domínio das ferramentas do Microsoft Office.
  • Fluência em inglês (preferencial).
