Procuramos um profissional dinâmico e experiente para integrar uma equipa dedicada à otimização e asseguramento da fiabilidade dos equipamentos industriais. Esta é uma oportunidade para um técnico de manutenção que pretenda fazer a diferença numa empresa com um ambiente de trabalho desafiante e gratificante, contribuindo ativamente para o bom funcionamento das linhas de produção e para a inovação contínua dos processos. O profissional selecionado terá um papel crucial na prevenção de avarias e na resolução eficiente de problemas técnicos, garantindo a máxima produtividade e segurança operacional. Valorizamos a proatividade, a capacidade de trabalhar em equipa e o compromisso com a excelência.

Funções:

  • Realizar manutenções preventivas e corretivas em equipamentos industriais diversos (mecânica, pneumática, hidráulica);
  • Diagnosticar e resolver avarias em máquinas e sistemas de produção, minimizando o tempo de paragem;
  • Efetuar a montagem e desmontagem de componentes, bem como o ajuste e calibração de equipamentos;
  • Colaborar na implementação de melhorias contínuas nos processos e equipamentos;
  • Preencher relatórios de intervenção e registar dados relevantes para o histórico de manutenção;
  • Cumprir rigorosamente as normas de segurança e higiene no trabalho.

Requisitos:

  • Formação técnica profissional em Eletromecânica, Manutenção Industrial, Automação ou área similar;
  • Experiência comprovada de, pelo menos, 3 anos em funções de manutenção industrial, preferencialmente em ambiente fabril contínuo;
  • Sólidos conhecimentos em mecânica, pneumática e hidráulica;
  • Capacidade de interpretação de esquemas e desenhos técnicos;
  • Forte sentido de responsabilidade, proatividade e autonomia na resolução de problemas;
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar em regime de 3 turnos rotativos;

Oferta:

  • Ordenado base bruto entre 1200€ e 1600€, em função da experiência.
  • Prémio anual até 10% do valor base anual.
  • Refeições disponibilizadas na cantina.
  • Seguro de saúde para o próprio.
  • Plano de pensões da CGD.
  • Horas nocturnas pagas a 35% entre as 20 e as 24 horas e a 50% a partir das 24 horas.
  • Subsídio de transporte (ao km até um máximo de 15km).
  • Horas extra pagas a 70% em dia normal de trabalho.
  • Horas extra pagas a 125% aos dias de descanso e feriados.
