Hier läufst du zur Höchstform auf

  • Als zentrale Kontaktperson betreust du Neu- und Bestandskunden im Bereich Maschinenbau - von der ersten Analyse bis zum erfolgreichen Projektabschluss. Der Fokus liegt dabei auf Beratung rund um Software, Schulungen und Dienstleistungen
  • Die Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer eigenen Verkaufsstrategie sowie die eigenständige Steuerung des gesamten Verkaufsprozesses gehören zu deinen Kernaufgaben
  • Komplexe Lösungskonzepte und Angebote werden entweder eigenständig oder in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Technikexperten präsentiert
  • Auch die Identifikation von Cross- und Up-Selling-Potenzialen sowie die Beobachtung von Markttrends und Wettbewerbern sind Teil deines abwechslungsreichen Arbeitsalltags
  • Die Pflege von Kundendaten und Projektfortschritten im CRM-System (z.B. Salesforce) sowie die Organisation von Demo-Terminen und die Teilnahme an Messen und Events sorgen für einen vielseitigen Aufgabenbereich

Das zeichnet dich aus

  • Abgeschlossene Berufslehre im kaufmännischen oder technischen Bereich sowie fundierte Kenntnisse im CAD- und PDM-Umfeld
  • Erfahrungen im aktiven Verkauf von Investitionsgütern, idealerweise im Lizenzverkauf, und nachweisbare Erfolge im Projektgeschäft
  • Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke, gepaart mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe Lösungen überzeugend zu präsentieren und langfristige Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation, Selbstorganisation und Teamgeist sowie die Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse sowie ein routinierter Umgang mit MS Office, Windows und CRM-Systemen
