Hier läufst du zur Höchstform auf

  • Bearbeitung eingehender Kundenanfragen per Telefon, E-Mail und Ticketsystem
  • Analyse und Bearbeitung von technischen Anfragen rund um unsere eXs-Software
  • Nachstellung und Dokumentation von Fehlerfällen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Produktmanagement und Qualitätssicherung zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Software.
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Supportdokumentationen
  • Durchführung von Online-Kundenterminen und Online-Support-Sessions

Das zeichnet dich aus

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik
  • Quereinsteiger sind willkommen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in ECAD-Systemen (z.B. eXs, EPLAN, o.ä.)
  • Erfahrung im Kundensupport
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Geschäftskunden (B2B)
  • Erfahrung mit Ticket-Systemen von Vorteil
  • Grundlagen im Bereich Datenbanken/Netzwerke wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
