Manufacturing Engineer Electrical Design & Architecture Daleville, VA | Munters Corporation

Munters, a global leader in sustainable climate solutions, is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer Electrical Design & Architecture to support product and process development while driving continuous improvement across operations. This is a great opportunity to make a direct impact on manufacturing performance, product quality, and innovation.

What You’ll Do:

· Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes and equipment

· Interpret drawings, specs, and technical requirements to deliver solutions

· Support production, operations, and cross-functional teams

· Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend process improvements

· Test, validate, and document engineering solutions

· Drive continuous improvement in quality, cost, and efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field

· 2–4 years of relevant engineering experience

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

· Experience supporting manufacturing or production environments

· Strong collaboration and communication skills
