Generalist:in in der Buchhaltung mit Fokus auf Bilanzierung (m/w/d)

Übernehmen Sie Verantwortung von der laufenden Buchhaltung bis zur Bilanz!



In dieser abwechslungsreichen Position berichten Sie direkt an die Leitung des Accounting und können Ihr Fachwissen in der Finanzbuchhaltung einbringen und kontinuierlich erweitern. Sie haben Freude am proaktiven Arbeiten und mögen ein Umfeld, wo Sie gefordert und in Ihrer fachlichen und persönlichen Entwicklung gefördert werden.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verbuchung der laufenden Geschäftsfälle, mit Schwerpunkt auf der Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Jahres- und Konzernabschlüssen nach UGB
  • Abwicklung der monatlichen Abgaben (ZM, UVA) sowie Abstimmung der Steuerkonten
  • Kontinuierliche Mitarbeit an internen Optimierungsprojekten (z.B. Erstellung und Pflege von Prozessdokumentationen in der Buchhaltung)
  • Mitarbeit an Sonderprojekten zur Digitalisierung, Prozessoptimierung und Automatisierung im Finanzbereich

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HAS, etc.) sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung
  • Abgeschlossene Bilanzbuchalter:innenprüfung von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Erfahrung mit SAP S/4HANA von Vorteil; ein routinierter Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, und Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen wird vorausgesetzt
  • Persönlich überzeugen Sie mit einer Kombination aus Proaktivität, Hands-On Mentalität und Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Sie arbeiten gerne im Team und haben Freude daran, im Rahmen von Projekten mit Ihren Kolleg:innen gemeinsam Lösungen zu erarbeiten
