Spezialist:in IT-Governance, Qualitäts- und Prozessmanagement (m/w/d)

Gestalten Sie die IT-Prozesslandschaft aktiv mit!

In dieser abwechslungsreichen Position berichten Sie direkt an die Leitung der IT und gestalten aktiv die IT-Prozesse, IT-QM-Dokumente, etc. mit. Sie haben Freude an der Gestaltung der IT-Prozesslandschaft gemäß Normen (z.B. ISO 27001) und mögen ein Umfeld, wo Sie gefordert und in Ihrer Entwicklung gefördert werden.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Beratung der IT-Leitung in den Bereichen IT-Governance, Qualitäts- und Prozessmanagement sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der entsprechenden Vorgaben
  • Weiterentwicklung und Standardisierung der IT-Prozesslandschaft einschließlich zugehöriger Richtlinien und Dokumentationen
  • Planung und Moderation von Prozessoptimierungen sowie organisationsweiten Verbesserungsinitiativen zur Stabilität, Qualität und Aufrechterhaltung der Systemlandschaft
  • Steuerung und Begleitung interner und externer Audits einschließlich des Maßnahmenmanagements
  • Entwicklung und Analyse von Kennzahlen sowie Erstellung von Managementberichten
  • Weiterentwicklung des IT-Service-Managements und Mitwirkung an strategischen IT-Projekten
  • Entwicklung innovativer Ideen und Konzepte zur Umsetzung der strategischen ITO-Ziele sowie Förderung einer Kultur der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
  • Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen dem ITO-Team und den anderen Abteilungen sowie Mitwirkung an bereichsübergreifenden Projekten und laufende Abstimmung zu deren erfolgreicher Umsetzung

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft und erste Berufserfahrung z.B. durch Praktika
  • Alternativ: HTL-Abschluss in den genannten Qualifikationen und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, Prozessmanagement, IT-Governance oder IT-Service-Management
  • Kenntnisse in den Themen der Aufgabenstellung, rasche Auffassungsgabe, analytisches Denkvermögen sowie ein gutes Verständnis für organisatorische Zusammenhänge
  • Eigenverantwortung, Einsatzbereitschaft, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein zeichnet sie aus
  • Souveränes Auftreten und diplomatisches Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab
