Your key responsibilities include:

  • Leading operational delivery of WIL placement activities, coordinating placement sourcing, matching, eligibility, readiness and documentation to ensure efficient, timely and high-quality placement experiences.
  • Coordinating team operations and priorities, supporting placement cycles, allocating workloads, monitoring progress and ensuring deadlines and service standards are met.
  • Building effective stakeholder relationships by providing responsive, high-quality service and working collaboratively with students, academic staff, placement supervisors, host organisations and university stakeholders.
  • Driving continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, strengthen workflows, implement operational changes and promote consistent practices across the WIL Team.
  • Ensuring quality, compliance and risk management by aligning operational practices with University policies, procedures and legislative requirements, supporting quality assurance and reporting, and managing complex issues and risks, including escalation as required.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
