Experienced Automotive Sales Associate – Cadillac

Join one of the country’s top Cadillac dealerships in Barrington, Illinois.

Motor Werks Cadillac, part of Murgado Automotive Group, is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Associate with a passion for luxury vehicles and exceptional customer service. If you have a proven automotive sales background and enjoy building lasting customer relationships, we want to meet you.

You will help customers select new and pre-owned Cadillac vehicles, explain features and technology, conduct test drives, and provide a premium experience from initial contact through delivery and follow-up.

What You’ll Do:

  • Welcome customers, identify their needs, and deliver a personalized luxury sales experience.
  • Present new and pre-owned Cadillac vehicles, features, technology, performance, and ownership benefits.
  • Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations, walkarounds, and test drives.
  • Manage customer follow-up and build relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
  • Maintain current knowledge of Cadillac, GM, Chevrolet, and competing luxury vehicles.
  • Partner with sales management, finance, service, and support teams to ensure a smooth purchase experience.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to dealership goals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 2–3 years of automotive sales experience with high-line vehicles and/or brands such as GM and Chevrolet.
  • Cadillac, GM, Chevrolet, or comparable luxury-brand experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success meeting sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
  • Professional appearance and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented dealership environment.
  • Comfort using dealership technology and customer relationship management tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
