  • We Focus on Patient Care: We've implemented central fill to process refills, built support teams that do prescription data entry and clinical validation, handle phone calls and schedule pharmacy services appointments. Pharmacy Assistants play a key role in client care in our pharmacies.

What You Will Bring To The Team Our team is client-focused and believes in a high level of attention to detail, professionalism and discretion. In addition to what makes you unique, there are a few basics that we require for this role: 1. Must enjoy working in a team environment while providing exceptional care to clients. 2. Must have Pharmacy experience; a previous leadership role is considered an asset.

Your Role While we all collaborate to provide services and hospitality to our team members and clients, we all play different roles to make this happen. You’ll contribute by: 1. In collaboration with the Pharmacy team, communicating and following up with any client/dispensary concerns or requests. 2. Leading, coaching and supervising Pharmacy Assistants and Dispensary Cashiers. 3. Launching new initiatives to improve communication and implement guided processes.
