Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering friendly, professional and responsive customer service to patrons, hirers and visitors.
  • Assisting patrons with seating, enquiries and accessibility needs to ensure a positive event experience.

You will have demonstrated experience in a customer service role, ideally within the performing arts, events or hospitality industries, along with well-developed interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to engage positively with people from diverse backgrounds. You will be organised, reliable and adaptable, with the ability to prioritise competing demands, remain calm and professional under pressure, and work effectively as part of a team. A genuine interest in the performing arts and live events is desirable. You will also have the physical capacity to stand or sit for periods of time and safely lift and carry equipment as required. A current Working with Children Check and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate are required, or you must be willing to obtain them. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
