Ons Team

Je mag komen werken in onze gloednieuwe, moderne vestiging in Venray en gaat leiding geven aan een team van 6 vaste collegas met uiteenlopende achtergronden. Nederlands is niet altijd de voertaal, dus we zoeken iemand die zich makkelijk verstaanbaar kan maken in het Engels en verbindend communiceert. Je rapporteert aan de productieleider en werkt nauw samen met operators en monteurs die weten wat aanpakken is.

Jouw Rol

Als Meewerkend Voorman Montage ben jij de spil op de montageafdeling. Je houdt het overzicht, verdeelt de taken én werkt zelf actief mee. Je dag begint met het uitlezen van nieuwe orders in ons ERP-systeem, deze zet je uit in het team. Door de dag heen bewaak je de voortgang, coach je medewerkers en controleer je de kwaliteit van de uitvaartkisten. Tussendoor schakel je met de planning over de leveringen en spring je bij waar nodig. Geen dag is hetzelfde: flexibiliteit is cruciaal.

Je verantwoordelijkheden op een rij:

  • Dagelijkse aansturing van het montageteam (6 collegas).
  • Prioriteren en verwerken van productieorders (in overleg met de afdeling planning)
  • Kwaliteits- en voortgangscontrole.
  • Inwerken en begeleiden van nieuwe medewerkers.
  • Signaleren van knelpunten en voorstellen van verbeteringen.
  • Indien je er de tijd voor hebt: actief meewerken aan het monteren van kisten.

Wie ben jij?

  • Het is ideaal als je al ervaring hebt met aansturen in een productieomgeving. Wil je echter graag deze stap maken bij jouw huidige werkgever en kan dit niet? Wij bieden jou die kans wel. Alles valt te leren, als je maar de juiste motivatie, mentaliteit en capaciteit hebt.
  • Je hebt natuurlijk overwicht en weet mensen positief te motiveren.
  • Je hebt basiskennis van ERP-systemen en kunt goed overweg met computers.
  • Je spreekt Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je bent bereid om fysiek werk te verrichten als dat nodig is.
  • Geen diploma? Geen probleem. Wat telt is wie je bent en wat je kunt.
