Werkplaatschef naar Afdelingsmanager naar Bedrijfsleider: Jouw Toekomst bij DonkerFuel in Rotterdam

Waar krijg je nu de kans om binnen 5 jaar op te klimmen tot Bedrijfsleider, zónder dat je nu al alle managementervaring op zak hebt? Bij DonkerFuel bieden we je een unieke kans: de ruimte om stapsgewijs te groeien van de werkplaats naar de absolute leiding van ons bedrijf.

Jouw Rol: Van Poten in de Klei naar de Eindverantwoordelijkheid

Als Bedrijfsleider in spe moet je precies weten hoe ons product tot stand komt. Hoe maak je een topkwaliteit koeler voor een groot schip? Pas als je dat snapt, kun je de regie nemen. Afhankelijk van jouw achtergrond en ervaring start je direct in de werkplaats of als Werkplaatschef.

In de eerste fase stuur je monteurs aan, bewaak je het materiaalgebruik en meld je verstoringen bij Aldo (Manager Heat). Vervolgens neem je geleidelijk zijn taken over: inkoop, het opstellen van offertes en het onderhouden van direct klantcontact met rederijen en scheepswerven. Acquisitie hoef je niet te doen; klanten komen naar ons toe vanwege onze reputatie.

Uiteindelijk word je de Bedrijfsleider van het gehele bedrijf. In deze eindrol:

  • Stuur je op omzetgroei en de strategische uitbreiding van ons productportfolio.
  • Realiseer je de visie om een complete one-stop-shop te worden, waar de klant 1 vast contactpersoon heeft.
  • Schakel je direct met mede-eigenaar Joey om nieuwe markt- en productkansen technisch en operationeel haalbaar te maken.
  • Ben je verantwoordelijk voor de inkoop, verkoop, personeelsplanning, financiële opvolging én een veilige werkomgeving.

  • Je beschikt over een technische achtergrond en een hbo werk- en denkniveau.
  • Je hebt doorzettingsvermogen en laat dit zien met een stabiel cv (geen jobhopper) en hebt al een keer een stap gemaakt bij een werkgever.
  • Je neemt eigenaarschap, stroopt je mouwen op en hebt de ambitie om een MKB-productiebedrijf te leiden.
