Deine Aufgaben

Für unseren Premium E-Bike Store Küstenrad Hamburg Bahrenfeld suchen wir schnellstmöglich eine Werkstattleitung (m/w/d):

  • Du übernimmst die Annahme von Kund*innenaufträgen & -kommunikation in unserer Werkstatt.
  • Dafür schreibst du die Aufträge und Kostenvoranschläge.
  • Durch die Ressourcen - und Auftragsplanung des Werkstattteams, sowie den Einkauf für den Werkstattbedarf sicherst du die Organisation vor Ort.
  • Du kümmerst dich um die Einarbeitung neuer Kolleg*innen in der Werkstatt.
  • Du führst Reparaturen und Inspektionen durch.

Voraussetzungen:

  • Ein positives Auftreten und Spaß am Kontakt mit Kund*innen
  • Ein technisches Verständnis sowie handwerkliches Geschick
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Belastbarkeit und Stressresistenz
  • Eine strukturierte, pragmatische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Eine Digitalaffinität im Umgang mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen
  • Du brennst für Fahrräder und E-Bikes (bald) genauso sehr wie wir!

Im Optimalfall:

  • Du hast eine technische Ausbildung zum Zweirad-Mechatroniker/-Monteur*in oder Meister*in.
  • Du bringst bereits Erfahrungen im Bereich Werkstattleitung und/oder im Einzelhandel mit.
