In der Werkstatt unseres modernen Premium E-Bike Stores Küstenrad Hamburg Barmbek suchen wir schnellstmöglich leidenschaftliche Zweiradmechaniker/-monteure (m/w/d).

  • Montage mit Präzision: Du montierst hochwertige Fahrräder und E-Bikes von etablierten Herstellern und sorgst dafür, dass jedes Rad in einwandfreiem Zustand ist.
  • Wartung und Reparatur: Du führst Wartungen und Reparaturen an Bikes von Kunden und Kundinnen durch, um deren Sicherheit und Funktionalität zu gewährleisten.
  • Qualitätskontrolle: Durch sorgfältige Qualitätsprüfungen stellst du sicher, dass jedes montierte Rad unseren Kund*innen in perfektem Zustand übergeben wird.
  • Prozessoptimierung: Du nimmst aktiv an regelmäßigen Team-Meetings teil, um unsere Montageprozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern und effizienter zu gestalten.

  • Technisches Verständnis: Dein solides technisches Grundwissen und deine strukturierte Arbeitsweise helfen dir dabei, Probleme schnell zu erkennen und Lösungen zu finden.
  • Handwerkliches Geschick: Du bringst ausgeprägte handwerkliche Fähigkeiten mit, um präzise Montagen und Reparaturen durchzuführen und höchste Qualitätsstandards zu gewährleisten.
  • Leidenschaft für Fahrräder: Du brennst für Fahrräder und E-Bikes (bald) genauso sehr wie wir und hast Lust, dein Know How zu erweitern.
  • Kundenorientierung: Du scheust dich nicht davor, auch in der Werkstatt mit Kund*innen in Kontakt zu treten und deren Anliegen ernst zu nehmen.
  • Im Optimalfall: Du hast eine Ausbildung zum/zur Zweiradmonteur*in/-mechatroniker*in oder bringst entsprechende Berufserfahrung mit. Quereinsteiger*innen aus relevanten handwerklichen Berufen sind ebenfalls herzlich willkommen!
