Remote | Full Time M-F 9-5pm EDT

My Hero VA helps U.S. businesses hire exceptional remote talent from Latin America, South Africa and other places around the world.

We’re looking for someone organized, proactive, confident, and highly responsive to own the hiring process from job post through successful placement.

This is a recruiting + client success role. You’ll work directly with clients, interview candidates, quality-check candidates, coordinate interviews for clients, manage replacements, and make sure every hiring process keeps moving. If you've excelled in recruiter and/or customer services/quality control roles in the past, then you will do well here.

What You’ll Do

  • Write job posts and publish them on LinkedIn
  • Quality-check candidates passed through by recruiters
  • Interview candidates yourself
  • Communicate with clients through email, text, and phone
  • Send profiles, hiring updates, and interview information to clients
  • Coordinate interviews via WhatsApp and email
  • Handle offers and hiring documents
  • Manage replacement searches
  • Support clients throughout their replacement guarantee
  • Consistently follow up with clients who stop responding or delay hiring decisions
  • Keep every hiring process organized and moving quickly

You’re Probably a Great Fit If You

  • Have excellent spoken and written English (C1/C2 Fluency)
  • Have 1-3 years as a recruiter, client facing customer service rep or in quality control.
  • Are extremely organized
  • Communicate quickly and professionally
  • Are comfortable speaking with U.S. business owners
  • Have strong judgment and attention to detail
  • Are comfortable making judgment calls about candidate quality
  • Follow up without needing reminders
  • Are tech-savvy
  • Can work independently without constant supervision
  • Have a strong sense of ownership

Recruiting, quality control, or customer-success experience is helpful, but attitude, judgment, communication, and ownership matter more to us than the perfect resume.

Full-time, Monday–Friday, primarily during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
