Monitorear el estatus, rendimiento e integridad de la red, así mismo, atender y resolver los inconvenientes ocurridos que hayan escalado de nivel en soporte técnico con la finalidad de mantener y garantizar la estabilidad de la misma al notificar oportunamente cualquier eventualidad o actividad para realizar los ajustes y mejoras pertinentes en función de prevenir alguna afectación en la red.

Requerimientos mínimos necesarios

  • Profesional Universitario en Ingeniería Electrónica Mención Telecomunicaciones ,Ingeniería en Computación o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia comprobada mínima de 2 años en cargos similares.
  • Mayor de 22 años de edad.
  • Conocimiento en equipos Cisco (CCNA), Mikrotik (MTCNA, MTCRE) y vendor equivalentes.
  • Capacidad avanzada para el Troubleshooting de incidendias en la red.
  • Flexibilidad para cumplir con esquemas de guardias rotativas.
  • Experiencia en el desarrollo de herramientas y scripts para el diagnóstico y monitoreo proactivo de la red.
  • Modalidad: Presencial.
