Ability to make decisions .

  • Improve the food menu and increase sales.
  • Approving desserts for all cities where Hajeen will expand.
  • Launching food and beverage products and improving the process.
  • Updating the menu seasonally and according to business needs.
  • Experience with software including task management tools and Odoo ERP.
  • Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends.
  • Positive energy and passionate about coffee
  • Accomplishes tasks in order of priority.
  • Diploma degree or higher in a related field
  • Experience More than 1 year at Food and Beverages
  • Perfect written English
  • Proficient in Google Drive
  • Research and development in the field of specialty coffee
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Background in customer journey improvement initiatives.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Previous experience in premium or high-end hospitality brands.
  • Food Safety Certification (HACCP or equivalent).
  • High-performance supervisor
