  • Assist in coffee roasting operations according to roasting profiles.
  • Prepare, package, and label roasted coffee beans.
  • Monitor roasting equipment and maintain cleanliness.
  • Record roasting data and inventory accurately.
  • Support quality control through cupping preparation and sample handling.
  • Follow food safety and workplace safety standards.
  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to speak and write in English.
  • Basic Barista knowledge
  • High attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of specialty coffee.
  • Ability to follow SOPs and roasting instructions.
  • Good physical fitness to handle coffee bags and equipment.
  • Basic English communication skills.
  • Teamwork and reliability.
  • Experience in Specialty Coffee.
  • Experience with coffee roasting machines.
  • Familiarity with Cropster or roasting software.
  • Basic coffee cupping knowledge.
