En Grupo GRADUAL buscamos un/a ingeniero/a de instalaciones que quiera asumir proyectos con autonomía, criterio y responsabilidad, y que además tenga capacidad para participar de forma transversal en otros proyectos y colaborar con las distintas áreas de ingeniería.

El reto no será únicamente desarrollar instalaciones mecánicas. Buscamos a alguien capaz de aportar criterio técnico allí donde el proyecto lo necesite, coordinarse con otros departamentos y contribuir a resolver proyectos de infraestructuras complejos desde una visión global.

Qué harás

  • Liderar y desarrollar proyectos de instalaciones mecánicas.
  • Asumir la responsabilidad técnica de los proyectos y contar con capacidad para firmarlos.
  • Diseñar, calcular y resolver soluciones técnicas con autonomía.
  • Participar en otros proyectos cuando sea necesario, aportando conocimiento desde tu especialidad.
  • Atender necesidades técnicas de otros departamentos internos y trabajar conjuntamente en la resolución de problemas.
  • Coordinarte con las distintas áreas de ingeniería para integrar soluciones y sacar adelante proyectos complejos.
  • Participar en decisiones técnicas que afecten al conjunto del proyecto, más allá de tu propia disciplina.
  • Elaborar y controlar mediciones, presupuestos y documentación de proyecto.
  • Realizar seguimiento técnico durante la ejecución de obra.
  • Trabajar en entornos digitales y colaborativos, con metodología BIM.

Qué buscamos

  • Ingeniería vinculada al ámbito de las instalaciones.
  • Experiencia sólida en proyectos de instalaciones.
  • Capacidad para gestionar proyectos con autonomía creciente.
  • Capacidad para firmar proyectos.
  • Experiencia en coordinación técnica, presupuestos y seguimiento de obra.
  • Experiencia trabajando en entornos BIM.
  • Capacidad para desenvolverse en proyectos multidisciplinares y trabajar con diferentes áreas técnicas.
  • Perfil organizado, metódico, resolutivo y proactivo.

Buscamos una persona con criterio técnico y capacidad para resolver problemas complejos, pero también con una visión transversal del proyecto.

Alguien que pueda asumir responsabilidad sobre sus propios proyectos y, al mismo tiempo, involucrarse en otros cuando sea necesario, colaborar con distintas disciplinas y aportar soluciones que funcionen en conjunto.
