Responsibilities

  • Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues for employees
  • Ensure IT systems and equipment are properly maintained and functioning.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT processes, equipment, and incident reports
  • Assist with creating, updating, and managing user accounts and system access.
  • Assist in testing new IT solutions before deployment.
  • Perform basic network troubleshooting tasks and escalate advanced issues as needed

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support or administrative roles.
  • Basic knowledge of operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, databases, and IT management tools.
  • High accuracy in documentation and data entry.
  • Quick thinking and analytical skills to resolve technical issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple IT requests
