Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to boost online sales and revenue growth.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Manage e-commerce platforms and optimize digital sales channels.
  • Develop long-term online sales growth strategies aligned with company goals
  • Conduct training for the online sales team to enhance their performance and digital sales skills.
  • Utilize sales data to assess performance, predict trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Oversee the utilization of CRM systems to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and analyze customer data foe insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5 years’ experience in sales management, with 2 years in a managerial position , and a focus on online or e-commerce sales.
  • Proven experience in online sales or e-commerce management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and e-commerce platforms.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Expertise in digital marketing strategies and sales analytics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
