The posting

Location: Raffles Place

Duration: 1 year contract

Salary: Up to $4200

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process end-to-end Singapore and Hong Kong trade finance transactions, including LCs, guarantees, bonds and risk participations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing in accordance with procedures and regulations.
  • Perform KYC validation and AML checks on trade finance transactions.
  • Input transactions, payments and SWIFT messages into relevant systems.
  • Handle customer correspondence, documentation and filing.
  • Support digitalisation, BCP and other trade finance projects.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of import/export LC and bills processing experience.
  • Strong knowledge of commodity LC, document checking and trade finance processing.
  • Knowledge of UCP/ISBP/ISP, AML and sanctions requirements.
  • CDCS and Trade Innovation Plus experience advantageous.
  • Meticulous and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be available to work on Singapore public holidays.
