The posting

Location: Raffles Place

Duration: 1 Year contract

Salary: Up to $5000

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain portfolio data and prepare monthly/quarterly reports.
  • Monitor fund performance, risks and key investment metrics.
  • Support portfolio analysis and investment performance reviews.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders on investment transactions and reporting.
  • Support direct and indirect real estate investment reporting.
  • Track investment parameters and ensure alignment with approvals.
  • Monitor and report portfolio ESG metrics.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Real Estate or Finance
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience; prior exposure to real estate acquisitions, fund management, or portfolio reporting is advantageous
