The posting

Admissions & Application Processing

  • Process graduate admission applications accurately and within established timelines.
  • Review supporting documents to ensure applications are complete and meet requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant information in the admissions database.
  • Prepare, review and issue offer and rejection letters, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Respond to applicants’ enquiries and provide clear information on application status, deadlines and documentation requirements.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to facilitate a smooth admissions process.
  • Ensure all admissions documentation is properly filed and maintained for audit purposes.
  • Liaise with IT teams to report, track and validate the resolution of admissions system issues and enhancements.

Student Records & Candidature Administration

  • Process student requests throughout the candidature lifecycle, including leave applications, withdrawals, changes of study mode or programme, extensions of candidature, fee waivers and other related requests.
  • Communicate with students regarding request status, deadlines and required documentation.
  • Respond to enquiries and provide accurate information on student record processes and requirements.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely and smooth processing of student requests.
  • Maintain complete and accurate student records and documentation for audit purposes.

Data Management & Accuracy

  • Prepare and conduct accuracy checks on enrolment, intake and student records to ensure data integrity.
  • Verify data migrated to new Admissions and Student Records Systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Validate migrated matriculation and student records to ensure information is accurate, complete and up to date.

System Implementation & Change Management

Support the implementation and adoption of new Admissions and Student Records Systems. Develop training materials, including user guides, screenshots, video walkthroughs and infographics. Assist with organising roadshows, training and user briefing sessions. Establish and manage feedback channels to capture user pain points, system issues and enhancement requests. Work with project and technical teams to communicate feedback, track issues and support timely resolution.

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma/Degree with admin experience preferably in education sector
