The posting

Location: Raffles Place

Duration: 12 months

Salary: Up to $6000 + 1 month bonus

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support HR system implementation, including UAT, user guides, data migration and stakeholder queries.
  • Consolidate feedback on system design and process improvements.
  • Extract, consolidate and analyse data for compensation, benefits, budgeting and performance reviews.
  • Prepare regular compensation and performance reports and review exceptional compensation proposals.
  • Support market/industry surveys and other Rewards or corporate projects as required.

Job Requirements:

  • 3 to 6 years’ experience in Performance, Compensation & Benefit roles
  • Excellent ability to work with large data sets on Excel and systems knowledge
  • Past experience with Oracle system preferred
