The posting

Location: Novena

Duration: 12 months

Working Hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 9am to 6.30pm. (Inclusive of 1 hour Lunch Break)
  • Overtime if Applicable = Monday – Friday: 7.15pm to 8.30pm.
  • Overtime if Applicable = Saturday: 10.00am to 2.00pm.

Salary Range: $2300 - $3200 + Incentives (depending on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to existing bank customers using leads provided to promote personal loans and balance transfer products.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking products.
  • Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Follow up with customers on required income documents and loan applications.
  • Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate product information.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies and sales procedures.

Job Requirements:

  • Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing or sales preferred.
  • Sales-driven, proactive and motivated to achieve targets.
  • Good communication and persuasion skills.
  • Comfortable making outbound cold calls and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
