Contract Period: From 4 Jan 2027 to 30 Nov 2027

Option to renew: From 3 Jan 2028 to 30 Nov 2028

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 6:45am to 4pm, inclusive of 45min lunch break

• Fridays: 6:45am to 3.30pm, inclusive of 45min lunch break

• Mondays to Fridays

during MOE school holidays: 7am to 11am.

For 2027, the school holidays are:

a) 13 Mar to 21 Mar

b) 29 May to 27 Jun

c) 4 Sep to 12 Sep

d) 20 Nov to 30 Nov (MOE school holidays are from 20 Nov to 31 Dec but this manpower contract will end after 30 Nov 2027)

[The 2028 MOE school holidays will be made known to the public only in 2027]

• Services are not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Requirements:

The Personnel should preferably have the following, skills and experience:

- should preferably have at least one year’s experience working as a Teacher Assistant / Teacher Aide in a primary school.

- Preferably have Sec 4 education or equivalent.

- Preferably be conversant in MS Word & MS Excel

Job Scopes：

The Services required are set out as follows: The Personnel shall be competent to provide administrative support to the teachers. Administrative duties generally include :

(a) Maintaining and updating of data records including stocktaking of teachers’ resources and inventory;

(b) Preparation of teaching resources to be used in classrooms;

(c) Assisting Heads of Department with relief duties matters as and when required;

(d) Assisting as a safety chaperon e.g. during daily arrival and dismissal of students, chaperon to students going on external Learning Journeys, supervise students during recess play etc.

(e) Providing administrative support during school events e.g. usher for Parent-Teacher meetings, man registration counter for school concerts etc.
