Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for client queries and escalations
  • Oversee end-to-end client transaction and trade lifecycle processes
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve operational risks and issues during service delivery
  • Support client queries related to middle office services, operating models, and market-specific processes
  • Assist with new fund implementations and client transition activities for Middle Office services
  • Manage and maintain the team's shared mailbox, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups
  • Assist any other ad-hoc duties assigned
