Job Summary

Join a dynamic education and training organisation focused on compliance, academic excellence, and operational efficiency. Support accurate reporting, smooth coordination, and continuous performance improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit accurate results and attendance reports within deadlines to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Maintain and update assessment records and post-class documentation; proactively follow up with trainers on missing items
  • Scan, file, and archive records to uphold documentation standards and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate effectively with Academic, Operations, and Training teams to meet compliance standards and streamline processes
  • Collect and verify daily class dismissal proofs for accurate record-keeping
  • Distribute monthly compliance updates to channel partners to maintain transparency and alignment
  • Track trainers’ performance scores and deliver constructive feedback to support continuous improvement
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including weekly and monthly trainee competency results, to assess training effectiveness
  • Provide operational support to the team as needed to ensure smooth workflow and task completion
  • Execute other compliance-related duties and tasks as assigned to maintain organisational standards

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience in academic operations or training coordination preferred but not essential
