About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Accounting professional to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance and banking activities for our Singapore entity. The role will involve working closely with auditors, consultants, banks and global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting operations, including sales invoices, purchase orders, proforma invoices, expense accounting and monthly book closure.
  • Maintain accurate books of accounts, financial records and supporting documentation. Oversee secretarial and statutory compliance
  • Prepare and file quarterly GST returns and support statutory compliance.
  • Coordinate with auditors, company secretarial consultants and other professional advisors in Singapore and overseas.
  • Process daily banking and payment transactions and ensure timely payments.
  • Coordinate with banks for submission and processing of sales and trade-related documents.
  • Support management with financial information, reports and other accounting requirements.

Candidate Profile:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting operations; Singapore accounting experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel and Xero.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles, GST, taxation and statutory compliance.
  • Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive approach with strong ownership and ability to work independently.
