SimplifyNext is a Singapore-headquartered digital engineering firm, with offices in Thailand and Malaysia, working across three converged areas: agentic AI, AI-enabled application modernisation, and intelligent automation.

We bring strong business process consulting together with deep technology skills and modern delivery practices – product-centric, agile and AI-assisted. We build bespoke applications and AI systems, and we go deep on the platforms our clients run on, including Microsoft, AWS, ServiceNow, Databricks and UiPath. We build and modernise the systems people depend on daily. Our 300+ practitioners are multi-disciplinary by design – business consultants, software engineers, architects, AI engineers and designers working on the same delivery, not handing off between silos. Responsibilities:

  • Support the Account Director in managing clients across the assigned vertical
  • Work with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects
  • Ensure SLAs are met across assigned accounts
  • Support tenders and bidding activities with both public and private sector clients
  • Act as a day-to-day point of contact for clients, coordinating with internal teams and technology partners as needed
  • Maintain a good understanding of relevant industry, product, and service developments to support meaningful client conversations
  • Track and manage sales process and account management activities, working alongside pre-sales architects and project managers
  • Support the Account Director in achieving sales and revenue targets for the vertical

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma
  • 2–4 years of relevant technology sales or account management experience in Singapore
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal and external teams
  • Experience supporting tenders or bids, ideally across both public and private sector clients
  • Good understanding of the sales cycle and account management practices
  • Detail-oriented, with strong follow-through to ensure SLAs and delivery commitments are met
  • Quick learner, comfortable picking up new solutions and helping bring them to market"
