The posting

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and grow aportfolio of named construction accounts (main contractors, subcontractors,M&E contractors and facilities management firms).
  • Conduct regularon-site visits to project sites, site offices and stores to understand tool,PPE and consumables requirements.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and prospect new construction-sector leads.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate pricing within gross-margin guidelines, andclose orders.
  • Coordinate within door sales and warehouse teams to ensure order accuracy, stock availability and on-time delivery.
  • Monitor outstanding invoices and drive timely collections in line with agreed credit terms.
  • Build trusted relationships with site supervisors, procurement managers and project managers.
  • Keep abreast of PPE and Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Act requirements relevant toconstruction sites.
  • Report onpipeline, account performance and market intelligence to the Sales Manager.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 3 to 4 years of B2B outdoor/field sales experience, ideally in industrial tools, building materials or construction supplies.
  • Comfortable withfrequent travel to construction sites across Singapore, including basic site-safety compliance (e.g. PPE, site inductions).
  • Valid Class 3 driving licence; own vehicle an advantage.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation and follow-through skills.
  • Working knowledge of construction site operations and safety requirements is a plus.
  • Diploma or above, with a target-driven, self-starter mindset.
