Designation : Accountant Experience : 3+ years Location : Lil India

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions and ensure timely processing.
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and related accounting entries.
  • Perform rental calculations based on tenancy and lease agreements, including rental rates, deposits, service charges, and other applicable charges.
  • Review tenancy/lease agreements and ensure accurate billing in accordance with agreed rental terms.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
  • Reconcile customer/vendor accounts and follow up on outstanding payments or discrepancies.
  • Assist with month-end closing and preparation of financial reports.
  • Liaise with tenants, vendors, auditors, and internal stakeholders regarding billing and accounting matters.
  • Assist with rental income reconciliation and reporting.
  • Support other accounting and administrative activities as required.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • Experience in rental/lease accounting or property-related accounting is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of rental calculations, tenancy agreements, invoicing, and accounts receivable.
  • Ability to interpret rental/lease agreements and calculate charges accurately.
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial record keeping.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Good attention to detail, accuracy, and numerical skills.
