The posting

A. Financial Accounting & Month-End Close

  • Support the month-end closing process, including the preparation and review of financial data.
  • Perform Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities, including account creation, invoice allocation and payment allocation across multiple entities.
  • Process inter-company transactions and expense allocations.
  • Support credit control activities, including monitoring and following up on aged receivables.
  • Manage staff expense claims through SAP Concur, including guiding users and resolving system-related issues.

B. Reconciliations & Financial Control

  • Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies where required.
  • Perform income and other balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Reconcile corporate card accounts and ensure transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Ensure financial records and transactions are accurate and properly supported.

C. Audit, Reporting & Compliance

  • Assist with annual audit activities and respond to audit and tax-related queries.
  • Maintain proper accounting documentation and records to ensure audit readiness.
  • Support audit requirements and coordinate responses to queries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, policies and procedures.

D. Systems & Process Improvement

  • Support the administration and reporting functions of the expense management system.
  • Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, workflows and controls.
  • Support data integrity and accuracy across finance and accounting systems.
  • Assist with system-related enhancements and process improvement initiatives.

E. General Finance & Administrative Support

  • Provide general office and administrative support, including backup coverage during staff leave.
  • Support the Finance Manager and Finance Controller on finance-related matters as required.
  • Handle other ad-hoc accounting, finance and administrative duties as assigned.
