This Isan excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain practical exposure to supply chain operations, procurement, logistics coordination and commercial development in the fashion industry.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare online banking payment entries based on approved payment requests, invoices and supporting documents, ensuring payment details are accurate and properly matched.
  2. Maintain proper payment records, filing and supporting documentation to ensure a clear audit trail and compliance with internal finance procedures.
  3. Interact with colleagues from Headquarters (Operations, Sales & Marketing, Accounting etc) and external parties (Customers, Suppliers, banks etc).
  4. Assist with daily accounting and finance administrative work, such as data entry, account reconciliation support and preparation of payment or accounting schedules etc.
  5. Any other duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements

  1. Applicants must be Singaporean.
  2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  3. Minimum Diploma in Accountancy/ Business or related discipline.
  4. Fluent in written and spoken English & Mother Tongue.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
  6. Detail-oriented, organized and willing to learn in a fast-paced business environment.
  7. A proactive team player who can work independently, take initiative and solve problems effectively.
