The posting

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Assistant to support the full spectrum of accounting and finance operations. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting the Centre’s administrative and financial activities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain daily financial records and spreadsheets
  • Reconcile payments, student fees, and bank statements
  • Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Assist in payroll processing
  • Prepare and submit GST reports
  • Execute recurring payments and monitor scheduled transactions
  • Assist in maintaining full set of accounts

Administrative Support

  • Maintain proper filing of financial records
  • Assist with enrolment documentation and billing matters
  • Provide general administrative support for Centre operations
  • Support ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements

  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Familiar with full set of accounts and GST reporting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Responsible, discreet, and able to handle confidential information

Work Hours: Monday - Friday 10am-7pm Work Location: West Singapore
