About the Role

At Legacy of Prawn, we are looking for an organized and proactive Accounts & HR Executive / Assistant to join our team. In this multi-faceted role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations—keeping our outlet finances balanced, supporting our team members, and ensuring our growing network of stalls runs like clockwork.

What You’ll Be Doing

Finance & Accounts

  • Daily Bookkeeping: Accurately track and maintain daily sales, purchases, and expense entries across multiple F&B outlets and stalls.
  • Invoicing & Payments: Verify supplier documents, process vendor invoices, and prepare timely payment batches for management approval.
  • Cash & Sales Reconciliation: Reconcile daily cash collections against recorded POS sales data to ensure complete accuracy.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor stall-level performance, maintain clean digital and physical archives for easy audit retrieval, and update our accounting software.
  • Audits & Verification: Conduct monthly outlet visits for cash counts and physical stock-takes, investigating and resolving any discrepancies.

HR & Operations Support

  • People Administration: Assist with employee record maintenance, attendance tracking, and onboarding/offboarding documentation.
  • Daily Operations: Support operational data entry, administrative tasks, and ad-hoc projects to help our outlets thrive.

What We’re Looking For

  • F&B Industry Background: Prior experience working in an F&B or retail multi-outlet environment is required.
  • Hands-on Experience: Practical background in basic bookkeeping, financial data entry, and day-to-day HR administration.
  • System Savvy: Comfortable navigating POS systems, Excel/spreadsheets, and standard accounting software.
  • Meticulous Mindset: Sharp eye for detail, reliable reconciliation skills, and the ability to manage documentation for multiple locations seamlessly.
