Job Summary

Manage and execute comprehensive accounting functions including budgeting, payroll processing, tax submissions, audit preparation, and financial reporting to support company operations and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and verify accounting entries in the ERP system to ensure accurate financial records
  • Plan, allocate, and monitor the company’s overall operational budget to support financial goals
  • Plan, allocate, and monitor project budgets to ensure cost control and project profitability
  • Process payroll for company employees (excluding workers) accurately and timely
  • Prepare and submit Grants, GST, and Tax filings in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Prepare documentation and reports required for audits to facilitate smooth audit processes
  • Monitor payment and bank transactions to maintain accurate cash flow records
  • Prepare, consolidate, and close monthly and annual accounting statements to reflect financial status
  • Prepare the annual balance sheet report to summarize company financial position
  • Maintain updated cash flow records to support financial planning and liquidity management
  • Prepare and submit financial records required by clients, consultants, and authorities for licenses, tenders, and awards
  • Consolidate cheque and cash transaction statements to ensure accurate cash management
  • Perform bank reconciliation statements to verify bank and company records match
  • Monitor and report accounts payable and receivable status to manage company cash flow
  • Monitor and manage the company’s fixed assets to ensure accurate asset tracking and valuation
  • Monitor and manage company financial loans, banker’s guarantees, and related obligations to ensure compliance
  • Prepare company resolutions in compliance with the Companies Act to support governance
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Senior Accounts Officer and Management to support department objectives
