Accounts Receivable Accountant | Manufacturing MNC

📍 Pandan Loop 🏠 Hybrid: 3 Days Office + 2 Days WFH 🕘 Monday–Friday | 8.30am–5.30pm 💰 Up to $6,900

Sales, Revenue & AR

• Perform monthly intercompany and third-party reconciliations • Review unbilled credit notes, goods returns, blocked invoices, goods-in-transit and customer claims • Compute and post intercompany royalty and commission income / expenses • Manage accruals and invoice postings for rebates and related expenses • Analyse rebate and commission variances and provide explanations • Ensure rebate and commission payments comply with contractual agreements • Prepare budget inputs relating to sales and rebates • Handle external auditors' Sales / AR queries • Prepare GST output tax reporting • Support withholding tax filing for royalty payments

Credit Management

• Review and release credit blocks at order and delivery level • Create and maintain customer master data • Review credit limits for new and existing customers • Manage collections and bad debt provisions • Prepare DSO dashboards, overdue ageing and collection forecasts • Monitor forward ageing and forecast month-end overdue positions • Process customer refunds for exceptional cases • Partner internal stakeholders to investigate and resolve disputes
