The posting

  • Plan, organise and conduct active ageing programmes and activities for seniors in the Eunos Crescent community.
  • Ensure programmes are delivered effectively, in accordance with established standards and intended client engagement outcomes.
  • Develop and introduce new programmes and services based on the identified needs and interests of service users.
  • Conduct regular programme evaluations and gather feedback from participants to assess programme effectiveness.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate enhancements to programmes and services.
  • Coordinate communications and engagement with stakeholders involved in the delivery of programmes and services.
  • Guide and support volunteers in carrying out programme activities and assigned responsibilities.
  • Manage programme budgets, resources and related administrative requirements.
  • Collaborate with community partners, organisations and relevant stakeholders to plan and deliver programmes. We regret only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
